ParkSquare Aventura

Park Square Aventura is located on the corner of 2900 Waterways Boulevard and Northeast 207th Street, the nearly 7.5-acre Aventura ParkSquare site is just minutes from Aventura Mall and Gulfstream Park, as well as Biscayne Boulevard and I-95 with direct access to Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
Plans call for a residential tower with 131 units, a senior living facility, a 100,000-square-foot Class-A office building with outdoor event space and 55,000 square feet of retail space for restaurants and shops. The residential units range from 1,000 to 1,800 square feet and the design also includes a hotel, a public park and a 45,000-square-foot wellness medical center for specialty healthcare businesses.
