Continuum South or tower I is a towering South Beach condo located in the SoFi neighborhood of Miami Beach. The name refers to the area south of Fifth St., between the ocean and Biscayne Bay, a spot characterized by the beach, a bustling nightlife, and luxury accommodations.

Continuum South is a symbol of South Beach, Miami. It is the first of a pair of towers (the other is Continuum North) developed by Ian Bruce Eichner and based on plans by Sieger-Suarez. The building contains 318 spacious units in 42 stories.
