Porsche Design Tower

Tthe new multimillion pound, 57-story condo in Sunny Isles completed in 2016. This luxury tower will rise in Sunny Isles Beach as part of a $560 million project between Germany's Porsche Design Group and Gil Dezer. The luxury building will be constructed on 2.2 acres of land on Collins Avenue. It will have 132 units, with smaller units being allocated two parking spaces and the larger condos 4 spaces. A total of 284 robotic parking spaces in total accessible via three elevators. Units will range from 3,800 to 9,500 square feet and are expected to cost up to $9 million each.
