Jade Signature

Renowned international architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron is responsible for the design of Jade Signature the 55-story building. 200 units will range from 1,400 to 10,000 square feet, with terraces making up about 30 percent of the living space.
Interior design firm PYR, led by Pierre-Yves Rochon, is responsible for the lobby, common areas and unit interiors. Raymond Jungles has been commissioned for lush tropical landscaping.
