De Soleil / Z Hotel

De Soleil or Z Hotel, located in the South Beach, Miami, is a 4-story, 80 unit condominium that was erected in 2007. Designed by South Beach Resort Development LLC and constructed by Arquitectonica, this condo is one of the most revered addresses in Miami.

Created with the signature imagery that is Arquitectonica, the traditional European interiors give a rather home-like feel amongst the apartments within the structure. The structure also has a rather tropical appeal, as it is surrounded by palm trees and has the expansive balconies that are well-known amongst tropical residences.

This building, however, has a rather unique design. When you look at it, you notice the “stair step” design that makes each balcony look as if it is not even with the next. Even the roof provides a unique slant that makes this structure a unique piece of architecture.

When viewing De Soleil, the condominium may not seem very large. However, it has more than meets the eye. This is a condo that is the epitome of utilizing space. There is no wasted space within this building, although there are elegant open areas that enable the residents to not feel closed in. There is plenty of open air to enjoy.

De Soleil Amenities and Features

Many of the services available at De Soleil are 24-hour services. There are private rooftop gardens that have Roman hot tubs for those living in the penthouse units. Nine of the suites have private balconies, while the rest are shared. You may also like to take advantage of the fitness center.

Each apartment has a 9 to 10 foot ceiling, electronic entry locks, soundproof walls and floors, and daily newspaper delivery. The kitchens are European and furnished with a bathroom with full bar, imported marble floors, and two European-style sinks. Penthouses have a private steam room.
