B Residences is a proposed Breitling-branded luxury condominium tower planned for the Brickell financial district, marking the Swiss watchmaker's first move into branded residences. It is being developed by Empira Group and backed by parent company Partners Group, with Arquitectonica leading the architecture.
As announced, the flagship tower would rise roughly 70 stories with more than 300 for-sale residences, including penthouses featuring private pools and double-height living areas. The design is described as an expression of Breitling's modern-retro aesthetic, with a distinctive bronze-toned frame and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass. Construction is targeted to begin in late 2028, with completion planned for 2031.
The centerpiece of the announced amenity program is a 45,000-square-foot, two-level private B Social Club reserved for residents, complemented by rooftop pools, a private fitness center, and concierge service.
