We moved to Miami 3 years ago and had been living on rent ever since. When we were ready to buy our own home, we found Rodney. That was a blessing. Not only Rodney had all the patience in the world to search and find an apartment that met the millions of requirements that my wife and I had, but he also acted as our consultant and representative to all the involved parties (seller's broker, mortgage bank, condo association, attorneys, etc.). We work the whole day during the week and, therefore, were not able leave work for errands. Rodney made it all seem transparent to us and we were not bothered or wasted our time with anything. In addition, he was a skilled negotiator representing us and got us a great deal with the seller. Rodney is the reason as to why we have our own home today. Boa Tarde,
